Overview

About the trek:
Island Peak Climbing is one of the most popular and enjoyable trekking and peak climbing centers in the Himalayas. It is located in the Everest/Khumbu region of eastern Nepal and is ideal for those who enjoy adventure and enjoy energetic and challenging treks. The journey may take 17–19 days through some of the unusual landscapes of the Everest/Khumbu Region until the next time they reach the top of magical Island Peak. Island Peak, also known as Ijma Tso, stands at 6189 meters (20305ft) above sea level. It stands in the attractive Ijma Valley in the Everest region, only a small number of miles from Mount Everest (8848m). The peak looks like an island from an interval, amidst the icy waters guarded by silver mountains. His/her enthralling journey gets underway with
an adventurous flight to Tensing–Hillary Airport, Lukla, from the capital city. They will enjoy seeing spectacular views from the top before landing surrounded by the high hills in one of the world’s most extreme airports.

You are following an enticing flight that takes you to commence the trek that takes you through some of the beautiful trails. From experiencing the Bazar away of
Mount Everest: Namche Bazar to visiting the historical Torgoches monastery, you will get lost in the tranquility of beautiful nature. Moreover, the expedition presents you with the chance to stroll around the Everest Base Camp, from where the dreams of many climbing enthusiasts of beginning the great Mount Everest get closer to the crest of Island Peak. From this point of view, there will be an opportunity to acclimatize the body towards the High Camp and acclimatize the mind properly before the ultimately involved summit. Sherpa guides will be involved in some drills and physical exercises before beginning the most fun part of the expedition and expression. Increasing, island is not that demanding, though some people have to face some physical difficulties before
reaching the top. Nevertheless, your efforts won’t go in vain as the summit offers you some bone-chilling views of Lhotse (8516m), Mount Pumori (7161m), Mera Peak, Mt. Barunste, and other surrounding peaks. Climb Island Peak during two seasons on either side of the spring (mid-March to May) and autumn (mid-September to November). In addition, it is attainable to climb the peak during the winter, but cold temperatures will create additional difficulties. To make sure that the peak is conquered, I steam Peak is
climbed without any awkwardness. team of expert climbers, who have the experience of completing any kind of climb with minimal or no risks. Besides, they will provide the necessary assistance even during grueling scenarios.

The best time for the trek:
For favorable climbers, Island Peak is best suited to climbing during spring (March- May) or autumn (Mid-September-October) in any given year. The spring season is selected for most of the 8000+ M journeys in the Everest region so that they can expect trekkers to crowd on the trails. Once reaching the Island peak camping site, the numbers drop drastically as the majority of the people on the trails are there for trekking. Winter climbing is still feasible, but we recommend this for individuals with a vast amount of mountaineering experience, almost at the pro athlete level. The temperature is extremely low and weather conditions are harsh. Temperatures can drop to -25/-30 C, and winds can gust to 60 mph or more.
